Geltre is proprietary hosted model infrastructure. The model weights, training system, and production inference internals remain private.

Developer preview

The rate remains provisional until production hosting COGS and load testing support a sustainable margin.

Prepaid credits

The commercial API uses prepaid credits. General account signup does not automatically grant promotional credit; approved invite-based preview accounts may receive the existing $1 trial grant. The public console currently offers $10, $25, and $100 Stripe refill packs. Checkout is enabled because the dedicated restricted live Stripe credential, endpoint-specific webhook, HTTPS redirects, active price, and fixed packs pass the production readiness check.

Stripe handles payment checkout; Geltre's internal credit ledger remains the source of truth for usable API balance. Credits are granted only after a verified paid Checkout webhook. Refund/reversal automation and automatic refill are not yet implemented.

API keys and usage

Each signed-in customer can create named gt_live_... machine keys, revoke them independently, and view recent usage and credit history. Complete API-key secrets are shown once; only keyed hashes and non-secret lifecycle metadata are retained.

SDK strategy

An alpha Python client already exists for the hosted API and Geltre → JEV workflows. Public package publication and a TypeScript client remain planned while the model weights, training system, and production inference internals stay proprietary.

Customer data

Nichols AI's intended production policy is that customer inputs are not used to train Geltre unless the customer explicitly opts in. Final launch terms, privacy language, and data-processing terms will govern production access.
