What to include

• The client you are using, such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, or another MCP client.
• The Link2Machine version when known.
• The affected machine ID or a non-sensitive description of the machine.
• The exact error message and whether the operation was read-only or state-changing.
• A redacted execution receipt when it helps reproduce the issue.

Security reports

For a suspected security issue, use the same support address and begin the subject with SECURITY: Link2Machine. Do not include live credentials or sensitive machine contents in the initial report.
